SOFTEC provides equal access to affordable, effective, accelerated education and training experiences that are provided in a safe environment and that lead directly to living wage employment. SOFTEC utilizing Train Skills Management’s Certified Training Model provides an “Opportunity of Hope” to communities in Northwest WI , Central MN and beyond.

November 3, 2020 SOFTEC has brought on a Collaborating Partner in another Education sector, Northcentral technical College of Wausau, WI to provide online courses for Leadership Pathways, Project Management & Construction Management.
